How to Get workday Community Access?

How to get Workday community access for learning & practicing purpose? There are many online courses available to learn different modules of Workday. They even provide access at the time of training for a limited period of time. But to get the access individually to do some hands on the tool, I do not find a way to get it.

Tried to get the access from workday Community website ==> https://community.workday.com/user/register

It asks for Name, Business email address and Reason for account request. Requested thru it couple of times but did not get any response. Will update if I get any response back.

I heard that in each country, workday has some partners where they also takes care of this accesses( I am not sure on this). I even contacted one of the parterres in India and no luck there as well.

Please share if you know any details on getting the community access.
